Wow - another amazing results from my loyal fit campers. The results have been awesome with inch loss as well as fat loss and they look SENSATIONAL. As well as these incredible results we also have improved skin conditions and some serious creativity going on! I hope you enjoy the poems written by Lizzie who attended the afternoon camp and lost an incredible stone in just 4 weeks. Check out www.fit2dropfitcamp.com to read them and also her testimonial or as she calls is testi-moan-all!
Fit Camp is tough - there is no question about that but the results speak for themselves. If you can commit then I can guarantee that I will deliver that inch loss. Bookings have started for the March camp and I am already amending it to ensure that the results are bigger and better and I am looking forward to welcoming the regulars back. Despite the cold early mornings and the muddy field, the dreaded 'swings' it is enjoyable, fun and we also have a laugh despite everything. Exercise can and is fun and the post drink meal and drink is thoroughly enjoyable too!
I am off for my Zumba Gold and Zumbatomic training next weekend so please remember that there is no class at Whiteley or Upham but all back to normal the week after. I am looking at putting on daytime classes by the end of March as well as after school clubs for the smaller amongst us! There will also be daytime conditioning classes and Pilate's for those of you that are struggling to make it to the evening classes, keep checking out the website.
The next Nutrition workshops are planned for April/May time in Whiteley and Bursledon - please email me for further information and to register your interest as spaces will be limited. We will be looking at the fundamentals of nutrition as well as what the body actually does with your food. Why we eat when we are not hungry, the reasons behind emotional eating and how to stop with effective strategies that work.
Those of you that know me know that I do not offer advice lightly, only what I know works and that has been thoroughly researched. I am currently looking at the pros and cons of an alkaline diet as there has been a lot of research into this area recently. I will be trialling it on myself over the next two weeks and depending on the results - will roll it out, or modify to the next fit camp. If you have subscribed to CLEANSE you will automatically be sent an update to the nutrition plan to follow. However, what I would stress, is, if your plan is working for you then why change it unless you are wanting even BETTER results!
Zumba at Eastleigh is back on again but then not the following week because of the Blood Donor Service, please check out the previous blogs for the dates of cancelled classes and come join me at Chandlers Ford instead. Remember that all my classes are pay as you go, or you can buy a punch card which can be used against any class and you get the 10th class free!
Have an amazing week and remember that everything you choose to do either gets you closer to your goal or moves you further away - the decision is yours and yours alone.
