What a night!

Firstly, a huge thank you to those of you that came out last night and thank you again for making it such a great night. It was great to get all dolled up, have a few too many wines and just relax and have fun - something I am determined to so more often! The photos will be going up on Facebook and ning - if you haven't registered on ning then get yourself over there today!
http://cwfitness.ning.com/ When I launch CLEANSE in the New Year a lot of the information will be going on there so make sure you don't miss out!

Unfortunately I do have some bad news for those of you in Southampton - the Zumba class that I was hoping to launch at the Lordshill Community Centre will not be going ahead as the hall has already been hired out. I am just as gutted as you guys will be but I am not defeated and am looking at alternative venues but you may need to travel a bit more! If you know of any halls then please do let me know.

I am taking registrations for both the early morning and afternoon fit camps and they are both proving popular. For those of you that are coming back I have some fantastic new workouts for you that I am so excited about. CLEANSE will be fully launched by then and is so effective that you simply cannot fail. Remember that you get a 100% money back guarantee that you will lose at least a dress size within the four weeks and the results of the first camp were just awesome! I am one of only a handful of fitness professionals in the country that offer this guarantee!

My other exciting news is that I am in the process of writing my first e book - this will be all about sorting the fact from the fiction. Those of you that know me know how frustrated I get when I hear the rubbish that is perpetuated in the media, the so called miracle cures that do far more harm than good. So, my book will contain the truth whether you like it or not!!!

If you are interested in understanding your relationship with food then you need to get yourself down to my nutrition workshop on 23rd January. I will still be going through the basics of nutrition and what actually happens in the body but there will be much more information on the psychology of food and why we struggle with things such as comfort and emotional eating. I will also be showing you how to discover what kind of eater you are and how to control it.

Maybe you are sat there reading this and thinking 'I'll think about it after Christmas'. If you are then you are setting yourself up to fail. That sound harsh? Well, sorry it is true. We can consume up to a massive 10,000 calories on Christmas Day alone with all the picking, chocolate, I said in last weeks blog - it is just one day. So, stop putting off the inevitable. If you want to turn your life around and make a positive and healthy change for life - then start today, not tomorrow and certainly not New Years Day!
