What's new?

Well, this week I have been in a very creative mode! I have been plotting and planning new classes and choreography and I am looking at putting on a 6 week pre summer conditioning course that will be tough but will help you to achieve that lean and sculpted look. There is now so much evidence out there that to get good results and fast we need to be working at much higher intensities. I mean, how many of you barely break a sweat in a gym session? What is the point of going if you are not going to challenge your body and more specifically your muscles!

You get more effect from working a muscle that is already fatigued. So to put that in a gym situation do enough repetitions with a heavy enough weight is far better for you that doing 1000 repetitions with a very light weight. There is a place for that kind of training but not for fat loss and not for achieveing that wonderful lean, sleek shape!

However, no matter how much exercise you do your eating plan has GOT to complement it. That is non negotiable. If you are after guidance and help in this area then get in touch today. I offer an eight week weight management course that is not about faddy diets or points. I explain how digestion works and why you should be changing the way you eat and what you eat. I give you tips on how to avoid giving up. There is loads of information out there but how much of it is actually true. be careful with what you take to be true. If you go on the FSA website then you can be sure that the information you are being given is true and government backed.

The Change 4 Life programme, you may have seen it on telly, is a new initiative to try and encourage the nation to adopt healthier lifestyles and they have loads of tips and information on their website. Just remember to never give up, there are no failures just little 'blips'!

If you are intersested in the new classes and courses that I am planning feel free to get in touch today and I can reserve you a space!

Have a fantastic week.
