BOOTCAMPS

The 'B' word has made it to CW Fitness and the first one is due to kick off in January. There will be two 45 minutes classes a week as well as nutritional advice, handouts, daily emails and text messages to keep you motivated.

If you are fed up of diets and miracle cures that never deliver then bootcamps are the way forward. For four weeks your body will work in a way that it never as before. No tedious jogging, no endless stomach crunches, no shakes or sachets. Just exercises THAT WORK, honest feedback and scrummy recipes to tantalise the taste buds without loading on the calories.

There is a price to pay in more than one sense! I will only accept people who are 100% committed. One class is 0700 on Tuesday mornings and the other on Thursday's 1800. Look on the website for more information or email me. Places are limited and are sure to go quickly so don't delay.

Bootcamps have taken off all over the world over the last few months. There is only one reason for that - THEY WORK.

Bootcamps work unlike any other regime. They shock the body - put it through it's paces so it has no option but to respond - and the results speak for themselves. You can do as many sit ups as you like - you won't get the results like you do from a bootcamp.

At the end of the day, the more you put in the more you will get out. They are hard work but they are totally worth it! Just imagine, waking up full of energy, pleased with what you see in the mirror - if that appeals then book today!
